Charging Rule drop down

1. Charging Rule drop down
Select the charging rule that the surface of a seam is being applied to.
A charging rule will consists of 2 surfaces (roof / floor).

Select the position of the surface being added to the seam.

Imports the surface from a file and applies it to the seam.
