The Hole movement and rotation sensitivity can be changed by doing the following:
Press the CRTL-Key and the ALT-Key at the same time.
A popup menu will appear with two values, Hole displacement (meters) and Hole rotation (degrees).
Change the values to fit your needs. Note that the minimum hole displacement is 1 meter, hold the shift-key and press the arrow keys for 0.1 meter sensitivity.
