Adding a single hole can be done in two ways

Using the CRTL + H shortcut key

Clicking on the Add Single Hole button in the menu
After using one of the two methods you should now be in the add single hole
mode .
Position the hole by hole the mouse movements. When the hole is in the correct position, Left-Click to add the hole.
